The most luxurious spaces aren't necessarily adorned with jewels and dazzling displays; exceptional taste often lies beneath seemingly ordinary surfaces. At a private villa in Moscow, Franz witnessed the owner's exceptional artistic taste and embodied his unique design philosophy in the installation of his products.

Extraordinary texture deep in simplicity
Through conversations with the owner and observations of the entire villa, Franz identified the core design principle of the overall space: simplicity. The curtains, sofas, and even the piano all reflect the owner's preference for white. The thick, grey brick walls protect against the extreme cold of northern China while also adding a sense of simplicity. The curved second-floor terrace adds a touch of softness to the otherwise straight, high-ceilinged layout.

Beneath the simple, crisp lines of the main design lies exquisite detail. The natural wood furniture, imbued with the patina of time, and the pine green and bright blue pillows, like the azure lake and clear sky deep within the birch forest, offer a warm and tranquil atmosphere. Vivid oil paintings and intricately patterned candlesticks embody the romantic sophistication of Eastern European art. This extraordinary texture, nestled within a minimalist aesthetic, awaits deep appreciation.

Complementary elevator design
In order to design such a bright and luxurious space, Franz carefully considered the product design and installation process.
Franz chose the classic S-Series platform elevator to create a vertical transportation experience that perfectly suits the space. The elegant white door frame, paired with a blue luminous background, blends seamlessly with the overall space. The extremely narrow frame design gives the elevator a sense of lightness and refinement. Franz's meticulous design achieves an aesthetically harmonious integration with the overall villa.

During the platform elevator installation process, Franz used pitless technology, making the entire process fast and efficient, without damaging the load-bearing walls or foundation. Door openings on different floors facilitate entry and exit, providing unobstructed sightlines and facilitating the transport of large items.

Advanced technology for continuous improvement
Franz has always applied cutting-edge concepts to the development of passenger technology, providing elevators with optimal engine safety systems. Advanced steel belt traction technology gives these sophisticated elevators a strong carrying capacity while ensuring quiet operation, ensuring your family's rest even when you return home late. The simple outbound call system, incorporating cutting-edge human-machine sensing technology, delivers fast and sensitive responses, allowing you to reach your desired floor with a single click.

With family safety in mind, Franz incorporates a power outage emergency leveling function to address emergencies like power outages. Even in a power outage, the car can operate autonomously over 200 times. An anti-pinch stop function prevents children from getting their hands or feet stuck in gaps, or small objects from falling into them. Millimeter-wave radar technology effectively detects intoxicated passengers, falls, or unaccompanied elderly and young children in the car, enabling one-click emergency assistance. Safety is paramount, and Franz strives to fully protect families entering and exiting the car in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
