Franz's latest project, Xi'an Helu, is located near ancient palace and garden ruins such as Weiyang Palace, Taiye Pond, Epang Palace, and Kunming Pool. Every stone, every tree, every step reveals a new vista—this is the inspiration behind Franz's bespoke elevator design.

The grand and imposing facade draws inspiration from the architectural style of the Daming Palace in the Tang Dynasty; the courtyard design, with its four water features converging in the hall, follows the Chinese philosophy of "the highest good is like water"; the sculpture in the center of the waterside pavilion not only showcases the elegance of the local Qinqiang opera's water sleeves but also symbolizes Xi'an's prosperous and peaceful atmosphere as the starting point of the ancient Silk Road. Rocks, flowers, and trees transplanted from the Qinling Mountains add a vibrant mountain and river atmosphere to the project. The dark walnut wood door panels and the original wood-colored elevator car together evoke the architectural history of Qin and Han dynasty bricks and tiles, while the matte black doors and walls give the elevator a sense of technology and modernity. Inside, Franz cleverly conceals its advanced technology within its classic and elegant design. The mature and advanced traction steel belt technology silently carries more customers to their destinations; the precise and sensitive system features a simple and stylish external call system, allowing for one-button operation by the elderly and children; and the intelligent monitoring system inside the cabin, matched with the warm and inviting ceiling lights, monitors for any abnormalities at any time.
