Minimalist new Chinese style, luxurious and elegant

Located adjacent to Tiger Hill Wetland Park and the Suzhou Library, Wharf Houwan Yayuan embodies a rich natural and cultural atmosphere. Therefore, the owner of the residence adopted a minimalist neo-Chinese style to embody Suzhou's "modern garden city" concept. Strong lines highlight the texture of the wall lamps. The petal-shaped backdrop draws inspiration from the crabapple doorways of Suzhou gardens. The interplay of straightness and curve, strength and softness, perfectly embodies the traditional aesthetics of Suzhou.

For the soft furnishings, the owner chose a full suite of mahogany furniture. The dark-toned sofas and dining chairs, meticulously polished and gleaming with the soft glow of time, complement the large expanses of off-white walls, recreating the grandeur of the Jiangnan mansions of yesteryear. Sky-blue brocade cushions add a touch of color to the quaint space, inheriting the elegant charm of Suzhou while radiating the new vitality of the times.

Civil engineering elevator, large mansion and hills

The unique Neo-Chinese style of the client's home was the starting point and final consideration for Franz's elevator selection. Understanding the client's large family and their frequent commuting, Franz devised a tailored elevator solution for this large residence. A durable, solid, and stable civil elevator was undoubtedly the optimal choice.

During the installation process, Franz used the load-bearing system support structure of the entire mansion to give the elevator a stronger foundation and bearing capacity, which can accommodate more family members to use it at the same time and facilitate the handling of heavy objects; installing it in the reserved elevator shaft not only saved labor hours but also maintained the original layout and style of the mansion; in the later inspection and maintenance, there is no need to dismantle additional equipment, which is more efficient and convenient.

Appearance + technology, compose a new atmosphere

For the exterior accessories of the civil engineering elevator, Franz chose black titanium steel door panels and frames, which form a harmonious flow with the staircase. The floor inside the elevator extends the grandeur of the marble in the living room, while the seemingly casual ink painting on the background wall is like smoke and dream under the light, neutralizing the heaviness of the overall space with a light and ethereal visual effect.

In terms of technical configuration, Franz utilizes powerful and mature steel belt traction technology to create sufficient load capacity, smooth and quiet operation, energy saving and high efficiency, and a luxurious and elegant appearance with the highest cost-effectiveness. The simple and sensitive outbound call system and floor buttons allow elderly and children to easily enter and exit with one-touch operation. The millimeter-wave radar system, with its powerful intelligent module, realizes intelligent monitoring of the elevator cabin, sending abnormal conditions to mobile phones at any time, providing real-time cloud protection.
