Recently, a delegation of city and district leaders, including Sheng Yuhong, Deputy Director of the Zhangjiagang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau; Ni Mengjiao, Section Chief of the Bureau; and Zhu Dongyu, Member of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Social Affairs Office of the High-tech Zone, visited Franz Intelligent Elevator Co., Ltd., along with key personnel from graduate career guidance centers at 39 universities, including Wuhan University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Nanjing Art School, Yangzhou University, and Northwest University. The delegation was warmly received by Mr. Luo Chongning, Chairman of Franz Intelligent Elevator Co., Ltd., and Mr. Zhao Hongxin, General Manager. They engaged in in-depth discussions on future industry-university-research collaborations and talent development.

During the visit to the company, Chairman Luo Chongning explained to Deputy Director Sheng and the inspection team the efforts and explorations made by the company in terms of talent introduction, treatment, and training.
