In the Dragon TV large-scale home improvement program "Dream Home Renovation", Franz's old friend, the well-known Taiwanese designer Sun Jianya and his partners personally created a multifunctional retirement aesthetic space for three brothers and sisters in Xiamen. The selection of elevators was based on the principles of artistry, intelligence, and suitability for the elderly. Franz S-PRO series platform elevators were used to add a unique home movement line to the villa.

Artistic design
